Topband: RF in My Rotor cable

Hi can someone help me with a suggestion on how to rid myself of rf getting 
into my rotor control box,when I'm on cw the direction lights blinks and the 
meter swings up abt a 1/2 on the scale in concert with my sending im not sure 
if thats harmful been doing it for sometime now ,with nothing blowing up but I 
would like to cure the problem.. john k1gun..
