UK subscribers to the 160m reflector should look at web page http://www.hydro.co.uk/broadband/legal.asp The company is associated with Scottish and Southern Energy plc, one of the UK utilities. It would appear they are doing pilot trials of the same PLC system in Stonehaven in Scotland and Winchester in Hampshire.
