The revised rules which refer to Reworking a station after one hour providing,
it is not a consecutive qso, is in fact correct, and the change in the time
duration is also correct (0800 to 1100z), but unfortunately these chaanges were
not printed or broadcast with sufficient notice for all participants to be
informed. Hence some caos will occur for this year.
Also if you read the objective of this contest, and read the scoring
allocation, you will conclude that the involvement of DX beyond the pacific is
what I would deduce as "incedential", hence the hours are not suitable for
the rest of the world.
