First post here. I've been just watching and learning a lot - it's a great
list.
Being one with a typical city lot and the all too common homeowner
association restrictions, I'm considering an EH (crossed field) antenna.
I've had good results with a 20M version - 2in PVC about 3ft long (5x9s on
first two calls at 900+ mi with an IC-756Pro running 1/2 throttle. Power
kept down because the antenna was on my dining room table). Would like to
know if they have been used much on top band. If this has been beaten to
death, please ignore the post or flame me privately.
