Topband: Elevated Radials

Does someone have a nuts and bolts web source with pictures to describe how,
where to attach elevated radials to a tower? successful installations at the
opposite end? I'll soon be installing (like in a week or two) a 160M 1/4
wave with elevated radials but not sure where to put them. Attached to the
insulators? What have you experienced? If you have Pictures I'd appreciate
it.
