Hi again --

Here is the URL for the Mellish Reef rough operating plan:
http://www.qsl.net/vk9ml/2002/4radio.htm. Read the notes carefully
before jumping to contusions.

We will pay close attention to how conditions develop on the low bands. For
example, if low band propagation is hot to North
America one night, we'll probably pull a radio off the 15m European opening for
the North America sunrise enhancement so that we can
cover both 160m and 80m simultaneously that night during the 11-14z slot. The
following day we may compensate by pulling a rig off
the low bands for a couple of hours after sunset, during 07-11z, and working
the early part of the 15m European opening. We will
also keep a close eye on QSO distribution and the start and end of key openings
from day to day to try to anticipate trends, and
keep a balance between apparent demand (i.e., rate), continents, and band and
mode coverage.

Feedback is welcome. Feel free to grumble to me directly. And I look
forward to working all of you!
