Perfectly illustrated, however I believe # 11 should be:
check the DX's QSX frequency to determine if any in-progress
QSO's are there. 99% of folks dont do that. The DX stations 
cannot hear every station out there either. This is how we 
"contesters" could get along with others a little better.
