Topband: Gamma match theory

Can anyone point me to a theoretical treatment of the gamma match
(preferably in electronic format).  I need one that assumes a working
knowledge of Smith charts, and covers low band issues such as short
verticals etc.

Replies direct please and I'll post a summary if I learn of any good sources.
