Topband: HK0

Hello All,
I'm in a touch with Otto HC2/UA4WAE. He is now in
Quito waiting for HK licence. Otto should be active
from HK0 San Andres since 1st May for about two
weeks on all bands and on Topband of course too.
He hopes to be able to have PA there.
