Joe AA4NN knows to be there and in fact has been there according to
reports from Japan (via OH2AQ Packetcluster):
JF8GVR 1824.8 BQ9P NOW QSY 1146 07 Mar 2001
JH2FXK 1825.9 BQ9P CQ 1042 08 Mar 2001
JA3FYC 1825.7 BQ9P CQ USA 1049 09 Mar 2001
The problem is propagation. Joe promised me he would be on daily
beginning around 1030 and it must be very discouraging for him to not have
any conditions. Let's hope he does not give up on us...I don't think he
will since he is a local and knows 160 fairly well from this area...if
anything he may be leaving 160 a little early before our sunrise peak.

P.S. The reflector will be slow today since I'll be at a hamfest in
Charlotte.
