Hi All,

I thought about Earl, K6SE, and his model last night. Not having the
programs Earl has available, I did find something similar in W4OQ's original
article.

I do vote for a good vacuum capacitor in series at the 50 ohm + XL feed
point to avoid having an UnUn in the circuit. I believe going to the 200
ohm feed point just does not make sense with the additional component.

Also, going back to an article in the "Low Band Monitor" I believe two
shunt feed wires in parallel or a cage of wires will give lower Q and better
results. At least wider band width without retuning the series capacitor.
It should not be difficult to cut up some squares of acrylic plastic, and
make slots in the corners to make a cage of 4 wires, maybe 14 gauge.
