Just finally getting a real 160 meter antenna installation working and I've
come across what appears to be a modulated carrier on 1836.27 kHz. As far
as I can tell, it is East and North of me (QTH is upstate NY.) Does anyone
have information about the origin of this signal which is copied when the
band is expected to be open into Europe?
