Topband: JA's new frequency allocations

Hello there, 

Rio JA1JRK posted the info on a JA mailing list as follows; 

The official gazette dated 08-Feb-2000 announced that from April 1st, 2000, 
1,810-1,825Khz would be assigned with usual 1907.5 - 1912.5Khz. 

I already got the same info from a director of the JARL at the first of
January. 

I wonder if 1.9Mhz segment might be for domestic use and 1.8Mhz for DX use. 

Now that all JA top-banders for Dxing will have to tune up for their antennas.
