Topband: 9U5D Update

        For all of us in NA (that's everyone except VE1ZZ) who
need 9U5 on Topband, I have some bad news.  I just spoke to Gus
on 10 meters and he says he will no longer have any possibility
to work below 40 meters.  At least he has broken the ice and 
maybe another station will activate 160 in the future.
