Topband: XZ0A Reception

Aloha, and Happy 2000 to fellow topbanders.

I heard XZ0A at around 1515Z 1/16/00 (0515 local).  RST 559 with QSB here
into Kekaha, KH6 land.  Tried to work him with 600 watts on the QSX freq. of
1830khz but no luck.  But then my station needs lots of improvement.
