Randy, I use my 130' tower to support my 160M and 80M 4 squares. I use
catenary ropes off the tower and the vertical wires drop from the ropes.
I detune the tower by placing a shunt arm at the 60' point on the tower
to ground. I have a LC network with a RF current meter in series with
the shunt arm to ground. I tune the LC network so that no current is
flowing when I pump RF into either 4 square.
