Has anyone had experience with this antenna for 160m? Presently I am shunt
feeding an 80' tower that has 3 beams and 24' of mast sticking out the top.
I am feeding it at 15' up from the ground with elevated radials. Seems to
work fine. But, I want to side mount some beams so the shunt feed has to go.
I can put up the Ef-160V, or any other reasonable height vertical and either
use elevated radials or ground radials, although ground radials will be a
pain over all the rocks. Any input is appreciated.
