Topbanders,
A new RTTY signal popped up on 1.827.5 tonight about 2100Z and appears
to be coming from Southern Europe. In eastern England, it is about 30
over S 9. It has been on for the past hour and a half, and is
apparently encrypted.
Has anyone outside of Europe heard this signal? Any ideas on where or
what it is?
