Topband: TZ6VV lowband status

I spoke with Larry today.  He is without electricity every other 24
hours.  When he has electricity he has bad electrical noise problems.
He is going to pursue a solution to the noise problems.  He believes he
will be QRV on the low bands by late July or early August.
