TopBand: BY1QH?

Loud signal (579) signing BY1QH at 1400Z.  Louder into KL7 than JAs or even
N6ND.  He was back around 1500Z at 569, generated big pile on his own freq,
but never worked anybody.  Did not seem to be coming from the right
direction and the JAs were very weak at the time. If it was the real thing,
they sure aren't hearing very good.
