I am experiencing some rather strong 160m interference as of late and the
suggestion was made that it might be sodium or halogen street lamps that
are installed at the new grammer school two blocks away.
Does anyone know about the frequency content of these lamps and are they a
hazzard to 160m operation? What is the cure if they are the problem? They
are to the northwest which is the direction of Southeast Asia from here
(naturally!) and about 500 ft. away.
Any help would be appreciaciated greatly!
