Regarding the Stew Perry... reading the comments in '3830' it appears
that H44IO must have provided grid square information to at least a
few. I asked repeatedly and was told no. Not only that, but I
listened to several exchanges and they weren't getting them either. I
really would liked to have gotten the points for the contact but.... oh
well, it's still a new one for me on 160, grid square or not.
My observations on the contest in general... I like the format and the
scoring criteria, the 24 hour period is appealing too. If I had a vote,
either the ARRL or CQWW 160 contests should use that scoring format.
IMHO, N6TR et al have come up with a real winner. :)
