Dear Topbanders:

I just sent the ARRL/RAC Sections list with a summary of rules, and
realized I made a serious error (as usual).

I'm 9 days off on the contest time period.  The correct dayes are start 5
Dec, end 7 Dec, same UTC times. (NOT 14 to 16 Dec!!!).

That's what I get for looking at a November calendar and staying up too
late!
