I am writing this as I am listening to V26E on 1830 Tuesday 97.12.02 at
0530 UTC.
He is trying to work Eu but is listening on own QRG, which creates caos ! hi
To anobody who goes to a rare or semi-rare place, please QSX 2-5 KHz up or down
And announce what you do at regular intervals so the transmit QRG is kept
clear ( or nearly so. Hi )
