Interesting conditions this weekend.  Worked Ua9xjv for first zone 17 and
heard several times a station signing RN7BY, but QSB was to fast to try to
work.  Also heard 5a2a (called cq on his tx freq), but no qso either.  

The winner for most consistant signal goes to : OH2HE 

Connecting the 100 radials saturday afternoon helped.  A local reported a
10-15db inprovment in signal strength.
Totals were 18 zones/ 48 countries before antenna decided to break.  Gave
up and went home.
