This disgusting behaviour started on phone and has now crept down in the CW
band also. IMHO : I think there is only one cure, that the DX stn never
answer anybody out of turn and actively blacklist the worst offender by
announcing it on the air. Give them 1 or 2 days to cool down and then
accept their calls.
