TopBand: UA1 /FJL

I haven't seen it reported, but RX1OX/FJL was on 1834 abt 2300 last
night - QSL via DL6YET. he was abt 579 with some QSB. I don't know if he
is genuine, but if so, that's a nice one for any band. WFWL.
