I just discovered this evening that I am causing TVI with our family TV
(JVC 27").
I never had this problem last year season though. This is happening when
I turn the amp on.
My ant system is this, Inverted-L, vertical is 85 feet high, the
remainder of the antenna slopes down to my 40 ft tower toward the TV
antenna (not on Cable TV), its about 30 feet from the TV ant.. At the
base of the Inv-L I have a 10 inch square aluminum plate with a 2 inch
diameter hole in the center of it, in the center of that hole is my
ground rod, which I have the plate connected to.
Without checking it out yet my only guess is that the ground strap has
oxidized on the aluminum plate.
Just thought I would ask some of you 160 experts what you think.
