I was QSO with 9M8YY(TG) on 17m at 26 Oct.
And I informed them that please listen on your freqency
for outside JA.
But he said "We have hevy QRN. We heard on freqency occa
-sionally but never heard outside JA.
Next time we will try reciving antena."
As you know JA stations can not QRV on DX spot .
I heard many new one CQing at DX spot only on freqency.
I understand your anger but we are all in the same boat.
