TopBand: 10/21 a Good Day in Texas!

     I turned the rig on at 0330Z on 10/21 to hear SV8ZS calling CQ with a 
     wonderfull 569 signal. After him, I moved onto DJ7AA, OZ7C, ON4UN, 
     HB0/HB9AON and IK2DEN with a incredible S9+20dB signal. After my eyes 
     couldn't keep open, I went off to sleep dreaming of the great band 
     conditions for the next morning and working the KH5.
     
     Well, I woke up at 1130Z only to hear an empty band. Nothing was on, 
     not even the usuals VK's. So I tuned into the JA window and heard 
     JA1HQT calling CQ with a solid 579 signal. We exchanged reports and we 
     ended the QSO while he peaked with a 599! If the band is open so well 
     into JA, where is all the other DX?
