Tonight was the best night so far this month. Maybe it had something to
do with it turning cold. Our first freeze of the season has been
forecasted. I had to close the windows to the shack..I usually like to
listen to the barges up and down the Ohio from my little hill.
Pickins were great. It is almost a joy to hear a weak sig and sip on
some coffee while waiting to see what gem is going to pop out of the
noise. When I worked SP2FAX I thought it might be a bootlegger. Boy was
he loud. DJ7AA was S 9 + on my 930. I hope this continues.....got to go
feed that cat.
