I must agree with the observations of Pete, W2PM.
I was about to ask whether I had missed something, being a newcomer
to the band, as I also see very little correlation between SFI and
condx. As Pete says, a higher A index seems to enhance propagation
in some instances.
On Saturday there were good openings to NA with the A index around
13, but they have not been as good since. A index this morning was
9.
