TopBand: sept 1st

looked for VK3AJJ from 1815 UTC........no joy. Very little around - a
TK5, a G, a GM and an SM, and LOTS of static. Guess the early morning
might be better, but also figure that VK3AJJ might have a better chance
for EU an hour or so later.
