TopBand: Condx

Band was awfully quiet (comparatively speaking, hi!) at 2220UTC last
night. I worked Z32WM for a new one, but he was very weak. Also worked a
very weak LZ2 and heard an RZ6 at reasonable strength, but that was all
that was about.

Hopefully, better days are on their way
