It'll never happen. No other band has segments set aside just for DX
listening.
We'd be lucky to get a CW only segment. If the east coast wants a clear
JA window, the west coast should get a clear Eu window.
If we have a CW segment from 1800-1850, USA could transmit SSB above 50
and work split for DX, just like on 75,40, and 20 meters.
160 really needs a CW only area, just like all the other bands.
