TopBand: STEW PERRY CHALLENGE

I personally think Stew would accept it since the pronounciation is the
same. BUT, to honor the *GREAT OLD MAN* we should spell it correct...
BTW the spelling was wrong when the rules were published the first time
but it was corrected later.
