TopBand: FW2EH may QRV for EU (?)

    To EU top-banders and those who asked me about this, 

    I asked FW2EH on 10,107.6 at 08:36z on 28-Oct. 
"QRV 160 fer EU EU at ur sunrise ?" and he replied "Not sure but wl try 
next morning if I'm out of bed, Hi".  I said only "OK tnx 73". 

    He brings FB sigs on 160 to JA and USA.
