Further to all the correspondance on his activities; I worked him this
morning at 0610z on 1828 kHz - he has a FB 599 sig into EU.

He has also been reported on at 01-0300z in EU over the past 3 nights;
but not good if you have work next day - or maybe I'm not a real
topbander!
