Regarding Larry's (N9DX) suggestions about using the neutral wire in
antenna systems...

I agree completely, but I'd like to suggest that if you do try to couple
to the neutral side with a capacitor that you use an *across the line*
type of capacitor.  These are designed for RF suppression, and they can
withstand the peak-to-peak AC line voltage.  Many ordinary capacitors will
explode or, worse, develop shorts when subjected to line voltages.  Their
behavior is unpredictable.

Digikey is a handy source for these.  They carry Panasonic *Interference
Suppressor Capacitors.*  The technical description identifies them as UL
1414, *Across-The-Line* types.
