TopBand: HIWAII IN KANSAS

Ater four years of trying (maybe at the wrong times),
(with a Sloper up 50 ft at apex on city lot), finally 
got HIWAII (KH6AT, Bryce) this morning 1035Z (5:35 am local)
on 1.830.  He was a good 589 here in Kansas, but soon 
faded down to very hard copy.
