TopBand: V63

For those of u still needing V6 on top band, V63BM said he wud be QRV tmw on
1824.5.  He didn't mention times but said yes, when I asked if he wud be QRV
at 1100Z (sunrise here).  Band wasn't good today - no DX heard.  Several US
stns called CQ DX w/o result.
