Most likely RX EQ, passband setting or Rx bandwidth. DSP bandwidth will
drive selection of IF filters if configured through menu. Tx and Rx
bandwidth work independently.

Do you notice difference between lsb and usb signals?

 A master reset will return all values to factory default and might be the
easiest step. Are you using the latest firmware?
