I’d take a real, and I mean real, close look at the pcb and the connections to
and from the transformers. Ditto the same thing around the transistors. Its
possible you have a broken copper trace someplace.
Unless they are physically smashed, those transformers don’t go bad. I have
heard of some toroids going out of specifications but even then, you would see
reasonable power
And I recall the finals were kind of a weird bunch. The tab was the emitter,
and it was grounded. Make sure that is so. The collector leads should have
supply voltage on them and of course emitters should be at ground.
You should be able to adjust the bias to the point the PA transistor draw a lot
of current, say several amps.
