Thanks for the feedback guys. Seems like it would be wise for me to keep
it.... As for the question about
ringing on the CW filters - I have 500hz and 250hz in both IF's. I never
noticed ringing in the first place, so the roofing filter just made
performance a bit better. I agree with those about ease of operation.
With my FTDX5k it is a little irritating to have so many options.
Plug the 6+ in and go. Guess I should hook it up so the electrons won't
forget how to act.
