[TenTec] ORION 2 Model 566 Motor-Boat Pulsing Sound

Hello guys this is an intermittent, if you power it down for a while it come 
back on ok.

Can’t tell if it is sourced by one of the receivers or the other since volume 
control has no effect on the sound. Transmitter power out turned all the way 
down.

Any Thoughts??
