[TenTec] omni VI plus TX power

I just acquired a very nice omni VI plus and it works great. Only
thing so far that seems off is TX power is way over 100 W. ALC seems
to be working as I can adjust it to 100 W with drive control. Is there
a TX power adjustment that someone has cranked up?
