[TenTec] low pass filter problem

paragon1transmits on all bands except 80 meters. Traced problem to low pass 
filter board.Is there anyone familiar with the paragon that can give me some 
pointers on how to determine the    defective relay or other component.on this 
board or possibly another component on that board? any help appreciated.
