Hi-
Thanks all to those giving me some leads on locating the OMNI VII IF out 
connector.

In short, I found that all that is needed is a mini coax about 11-1/2” long 
with TMP connectors at each end.

The IF output is just about in the center of the radio top side, about 7/16” 
hole in the shield that shields the IF components. It is the only hole in the 
top of any shield in the top side of the radio. Then follow the speaker leads 
to where they connect in the right side rear of the rig. While looking at that 
connector, look a bit to the left of it and down a bit in the radio- there you 
will see two TMP sockets (one above the other, you will only see one). The top 
socket for a TMP connector connects to the bottom center RCA jack on the rear 
panel, plug the cable in that top socket. You should label that RCA jack as “IF 
Out”.
