[TenTec] Slightly OT: schematic/project review?

Any "inganeers" out there willing to review a small project idea concerning 
battery charging I'm working on? (It is TT related as my intent is to use it 
with my 1220.) I have drawn a schematic in gEDA's schem and have it available 
in either gEDA .sch or PDF format if anyone is willing to take a look.
