TenTec Accessory Items For Sale:
HF Transceiver, Speech Processor, Crystal Filter,
Power Supplies, Keyers, etc.

TenTec Pegasus Model 550 HF transceiver:
It covers 160 thru 10 meters, although it can be used
with a transverter for 6 and 2 meters, and will display
the 6 or 2 meter frequency on the screen.
It will transceive SSB, CW, FM, or AFSK, and receive AM.
Of course it is also ideal for digital modes such as PSK31,
pactor, etc. It has 2 VFOs and 1000's of memories, and full
break-in on CW. 100 Watts output.
This rig is very close to a "software definable" rig, in that
most of the rig is controlled from the computer.
DSP filtering is provided, that is quite effective, so
no crystal filters are needed. Bandwidths go from
300 Hz to 8 KHz, with 1.5 to 1 shape factors, or better.
13 V DC at up to 20 amps needed.
This particular unit is in great condition. It looks and
performs almost like new. No scratches. TenTec operating
software is included, along with power cord and manual.
Only $550.

TenTec 715 RF Speech Processor
The 715 processor goes in the mic audio line to process the
audio. It converts the audio to RF, processes it, then
converts it back to audio. This is the most effective way
to produce good quality audio with extra "punch". It easily
gives about 5 to 6 to 8 DB extra punch.
It includes a bar graph, and other enhanced features.
A 15 volt DC wall wart is included to power it.

This one works fine and looks like new, with no
scratches. As far as I know, only opened to confirm
100% operation.
With paper work for $190.

TenTec 218, 1800 Hz Filter
The 1800 Hz bandwidth is used for narrow SSB, or wide CW.
It is also very useful for digital modes.
The 218 is used in the TenTec Omni (series B and C) and also
as roofing filters in the Orion I, plus most other earlier
TenTec rigs. It works great.
With paper work for $75.

.
TenTec 252 MO Power supply:
The TenTec 252 MO provides up to 20 amps at 13 V DC to
power most any 100 Watt HF transceiver.
The color is the chocolate brown / blackish / dark grayish
that matches the TenTec Omni A and D series A, B, and C,
the Hercules Amp, Delta 580, and others of this era, but
it can be used on most 100 W rigs.
The 4 pin molex output plug matches many, many TenTec rigs.
This one works fine, and looks great.
With paper work for $75.
.
.
Astron Power Supplies:
All of these Astron power supplies have the same
features, but with different current capacities.
They provide 13 V DC for many ham rigs.
These are linear power supplies, so they will not
produce noise like the switching supplies.
All work 100%, and look very close to new.
Paper work is included.
Features:
Solid State Electronically Regulated
Fold-Back Current Limiting
Crowbar Over Voltage Protection
Heavy Duty Heat Sink
Input Voltage 105-125Vac
Output Voltage 13.8Vdc (internally Adjustable 11-15V)
Ripple Less than 5mV peak-peak (full load & low line)
RS-50 A
37 amps continuous, 50 amps ICS, $160
RS-35 M, with ammeter and voltmeter
25 amps continuous, 35 amps ICS, $135
RS-20 M, with ammeter and voltmeter
16 amps continuous, 20 Amps ICS, $110
Pickup near Ocala FL is preferred, but shipping
is possible.

TenTec 645 Electronic Keyer with squeeze paddles:
The TenTec 645 keyer uses transistor switching and is
powered by 12 V DC, usually provided by the transceiver.
In addition to an electronic keyer, it has adjustable
magnetic squeeze paddles, which permits precise adjustment.
Speed is adjustable from 6 to 50 wpm, with adjustable
weighting. It has self completing characters with dit/dah
memories with defeat switches, and torque drive paddles
with 4 ball bearing pivots.
Keyed Output: Low voltage positive transistor.
Speed Range: 6 to 50 WPM
Time Base: Keyed to start with paddle actuation
Character Generation: Self-completing dits and dahs
Paddle Actuation Force: Adjustable from 5 to 50 grams.
Memories: Dit and Dah, each individually defeatable
Power: 9-14 V DC, at 220-350 mA

TenTec KR-20 A Single Paddle Electronic Keyer:
The KR-20 A is a single paddle keyer with the paddle
actuation force factory adjusted. It is basically the
same as a KR-5 A keyer, with the addition of a 110 V
AC power supply.
Contact spacing adjustments are on the front. The
weighting factor is factory set for optimum smoothness
and articulation. An Over-ride "straight key" is
conveniently located on the top for emphasis, QRS
sending or tune-up. It has reed relay output and a
side-tone generator with adjustable level.
117 VAC or 6-14 V DC. Finished in an etched aluminum
panel and black textured top and sides that matches
the TenTec Triton IV and others of similar vintage.
This particular unit works fine and looks extremely
nice. $50
